Tem crescido o número de empresas a recorrerem na utilização de sistemas de
informação, e as instituições de ensino não têm ficado de fora. A elaboração desta
dissertação consiste em um estudo de caso, e que se pretende analisar o nível satisfação
existentes nos utilizadores do sistema de informação académico da universidade Jean
Piaget de Angola, sobre o sistema SIGARRA. O estudo foi feito em dois públicos-alvo,
alunos e docentes, procurou-se medir a satisfação dos alunos nas seguintes dimensões:
perceção de utilidade, facilidade percebida, qualidade informação obtida e expectativa de
esforço. Para além destas aos docentes medimos as dimensões expectativa de
desempenho, qualidade e eficiência do sistema. Aplicou-se um questionário aos alunos e
docentes que utilizam frequentemente o sistema SIGARRA, foram obtidas 319 respostas
dos alunos e 74 respostas dos docentes. Os resultados indicam que as dimensões que apresentam maior consenso por parte dos
alunos é facilidade percebida, expectativa de esforço e perceção de utilidade, já os
docentes demostram maior nível de satisfação na utilização do sistema e apresentam bons
resultados em todas as dimensões. O estudo permitiu mostrar também que os docentes
estão satisfeitos com as dimensões qualidade e a eficiência que o sistema SIGARRA
apresenta.

More and more companies are using information systems, and educational institutions
have not been left out. The elaboration of this dissertation consists of a case study and
aims to analyze the satisfaction of users of the academic information system of the
University Jean Piaget of Angola, on the SIGARRA system. The study was done in two
target groups, students, and teachers. We tried to measure students' satisfaction in the
following dimensions: perceived usefulness, perceived ease, output quality and expected
effort. In addition, the teachers were measured in the following dimensions: performance
expectancy, quality, and efficiency of the system. A questionnaire was applied to students
and teachers who frequently use the SIGARRA system, 319 answers were obtained from
students and 74 answers from teachers.
The results indicate that the dimensions that present the highest consensus on the part
of the students are perceived ease, expectation of effort and perception of usefulness,
while the teachers show a higher level of satisfaction in using the system and present good
results in all dimensions. The study also showed that teachers are satisfied with the
dimensions quality and efficiency that the SIGARRA system presents.
