No ambiente educacional atual, em que a concorrência acirrada, guerra de preços e
ausência de barreiras a novos entrantes constituem grandes ameaças as instituições,
somente a adoção de estratégias de marketing aliadas a um serviço de qualidade são
capazes de garantir a sobrevivência no mercado institucional. Esse cenário tem motivado
as instituições de ensino a investirem em soluções para conhecer melhor seus estudantes e
interagir com eles de maneira mais direcionada. A realização de estudos sobre marketing
educacional se tornou necessária, e é uma ferramenta estratégica fundamental que
possibilita maior competitividade para as organizações, permitindo a atração de novos
alunos e fortalecendo a permanência dos já existentes. Assim, esse estudo tem por objetivo
geral investigar quais estratégias influenciam diretamente no processo de atratividade e
captação de alunos por escolas de Fisioterapia chancelados por Instituições de Ensino
Superior em Goiânia. Para alcance desse objetivo realizou se um estudo de caráter
exploratório-descritivo com diferentes amostras: 41 alunos do curso de Fisioterapia
matriculados no último período; indivíduos recém pós graduados em Fisioterapia e os
diretores das escolas de pós graduação lato sensu em Fisioterapia. A análise dos dados foi
feita por meio de tabelas de distribuição de freqüência, média e desvio-padrão, cruzamento
de dados e teste de Friedman ANOVA. Os resultados demonstraram que apesar das escolas
estudadas não possuírem qualquer estrutura formal de marketing, estas empresas
educacionais parecem conseguir direcionar seus esforços de marketing para os fatores de
atratividade dos alunos, e com isso tem conseguido satisfazer de forma eficaz aos anseios,
necessidades e desejos da grande maioria dos seus alunos.

In the current educational environment, where incited competition, price wars and lack of
barriers to new entrants constitute major threats of the institutions, only the adoption of
marketing strategies combined with a quality in educational service are able to guarantee
survival in the institutional market. This scene has motivated education institutions to
invest in solutions to better understand their students and interact with them in a more
targeted. The studies of educational marketing has become necessary and is a key strategic
tool that enables increased competitiveness for organizations, allowing the attraction of
new students and retaining the existing ones. Thus, this study aims at investigating what
strategies directly influence the process of attraction and attracting students from schools
of specialization courses in Physiotherapy chancellor for higher education institutions in
Goiânia. To reach that goal an exploratory- descriptive study was carried out with different
samples: 41 students of Physiotherapy enrolled in the final period, individuals newly
specialized in Physiotherapy and directors of specialization schools broadly in Physical
Therapy. Data analysis was done using tables of frequency distribution, mean and standard
deviation, cross-checks and Friedman ANOVA test. The results showed that despite the
schools surveyed do not have any formal marketing structure, education these companies
seem to be able to direct their marketing efforts for the factors of attractiveness of the
students, and it has been able to effectively meet the aspirations, needs and desires of
majority of their students.
