Na presente dissertação, começamos por dedicar a nossa análise aos regimes das Sociedades Desportivas nos países das “Top Five”. De seguida, como se de uma linha cronológica se tratasse, e devido às alterações legislativas que ocorreram durante a escrita deste trabalho, vamos abordar o anterior regime jurídico das Sociedades Desportivas, seguindo-se uma apreciação daquilo que serviu de base ao novo regime jurídico das Sociedades Desportivas, isto é, a Proposta de Lei n.º 62/XV, bem como a análise da sua concretização, ou seja, a Lei n.º 39/2023, de 4 de agosto.

In this dissertation, we begin by analyzing the systems of sports companies in the "Top Five" countries. Next, as if it were a timeline, and due to the legislative changes that took place during the writing of this work, we will look at the previous legal regime for sports companies, followed by an assessment of what served as the basis for the new legal regime for sports companies, i.e. Bill 62/XV, as well as an analysis of its implementation, i.e. Law 39/2023 of 4 August.
