In a society in a deep mutation the notion of qualification is substituted in the 80’s years by the notion of competences, in which the new organizations are be taken to reply for a involved marked by the uncertainty and the high concurrence. The workers, in this way, have to be even more polyvalent, autonomous and responsible. For the same polyvalence the continuous formation is much important, having the workers to learn in a systematic mode, being always informed to the new changes in the work market. By the other way, the actual society is characterized by the growing of the sector of services, and more specifically, by the growing of the market centres and the retail-trade. It is important, consequently, that the continuous formation that is given to the workers of clothes shop (in the case of retail-trade) is be constituted by techniques of personalized attended, what makes the client satisfied with the relation of the sales market/client (service relation) and, consequently, the same will tell the good experience for future clients. In this dissertation will be verified if that exist a significantly difference in the required competences by a different focus-group, if that exist a higher or a lesser continuous formation by a different type of shop (formal/informal) and if the privileges given to the sales market are different by a divergent focus-group.
