The result of the analysis of all issues revealed that small and medium sellers and need support, especially financial, institutional character, that is, reducing bureaucratic processes, purchase of a physical space for the realization of commercial activity on the one hand and on the other, the main difficulties for entrepreneurs from SMEs and informal traders has to do with the lack of skilled human resources, too much bureaucracy in public institutions and the lack of knowledge of modern business management practices by of the practitioners of this service. In short, many of these problems have to do with the fact that there are little productive activities, motivated by livelihood of the entrepreneur. In this case, it proposes that the solution should be to increase the development of national microfinance industry and requires the banking entity to redefine policies access to different kinds of credit or microcredits.
