The room types available at the Residence consists of:

* Double rooms with shared WC are reserved for Iscte's scholarship students.
** The apartments are reserved for Iscte's invited teachers and researchers.
A 5% discount will be given to Residents who pay for a whole semester or academic year.
Common areas and services
The Residence has a laundry room, a lounge area with a TV, a game room, a kitchen, a dining room, a study room and Internet available in all the rooms.
Functioning
The Residence operates during all 12 months of the year. During their accommodation, residents' rooms will be cleaned and their provided bed and bath linen changed weekly.
At the beginning of the academic year, students must inform the Residence of their day of arrival at least 48 hours in advance, with no entries on Sundays or holidays for students entering for the first time.
Students may enter and exit the Residence at any time.
