The inherent social nature of human beings, how they organize themselves into groups that correlate and integrate in extremely complex social and organizational contexts makes the role of social psychology fascinating. Where there are people, groups, contexts in interaction, there is a place for Social and Organizational Psychology.
How can a psychologist promote social change? What is the psychologist role in intervention when it comes to individual's relationship with the contexts in which he lives or works? Or in the relationships between different social groups? How can a social psychologist intervene in a specific context of labor and organizations?
MSc in Social and Organizational Psychology prepares professionals to practice as Social and Organizational Psychologists. By the end of the master students will have the necessary requirements to join the Order of Psychologists.
This MSc degree offers education and training in intervention projects of social groups and in social change among different contexts: the individual's relationship with the context, groups and relationships between groups, organizations of different natures and typologies, and the community abroad.
The development of the ability to apply solid theoretical knowledge to real practical contexts is valued through the use of appropriate theories and methodologies to concrete problems and contact with intervention practices and specialists of the area.
