Isabel Pedrosa has a Ph.D. degree in Information Science and Technology from the ISCTE- Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (2015). She is CIDA, Certified IDEA Data Analyst (2017). Works as Adjunct Professor at Coimbra Business School (since 2015). Previously, she was a lecturer at Coimbra Business School (2000-2015) and at the College of Education (1998-2000) both at the Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra, Portugal. Isabel has a degree in Informatics Engineering (1994), a masters' degree in Systems and Informatics (2006), both from the University of Coimbra. She is Post-Graduated in Human Resources Management (2018). Her main research interests are computer-assisted audit tools and techniques, business intelligence and data analytics in fraud detection. She has authored or co-authored more than 40 papers. She has been a session chair and Programme Committee Member in several conferences.  Isabel is an expert in the assessment and auditing of the program "Formação Contínua na Ordem dos Engenheiros (Sistema OE+AcCEdE®)". She is Ambassador of ISACA Lisbon Chapter in the program She Leads Tech  (to promote gender equality in the technological sector). She was an Expert at European Education, Audiovisual, and Culture Executive Agency, Brussels, from 2008 to 2013. Isabel is Vice-Coordinator of Coimbra Business School Advanced Programmes (2010-2013 and since 2016) and was Vice-Coordinator of the International Relations Office (2015-2018). Isabel is an Academic Advocate Program Member of ISACA (since 2013) as a "Silver Member" and member of Ordem dos Engenheiros - Computer Science College (since 2009).

Sofia Kalakou, Assistant Professor at ISCTE Business School since 2018. Director of BSc in Industrial Management and Logistics. PhD in Transportation Systems (Instituto Superior Técnico, MIT-Portugal program). Sofia has previously worked as a transport consultant and researcher on transport planning, passenger and cargo modelling and forecasting, simulation of airport operations, integration of new technologies in transport systems, performance assessment and sustainability. She participates as a Reviewer at international Journals.
