Ana Lúcia Martins is an Associate Professor at ISCTE-IUL and an integrated researcher at BRU-Iscte (Business Research Unt). She holds a PhD in Management, with a specialization in Operations Management and Technology, and an MSc in Management, with a specialization in Strategy. She currently serves as Iscte Business School Vice-dean for Teaching and Innovation. She also serves as director of the Master in Humanitarian Action, along with a director from the School of Sociology and Public Policy, a program jointly offered by both schools, and in the past served as director of the bachelor's degree in Industrial Management and Logistics. Ana teaches Operations Management, Logistics Management, Service Operations Management, and Supply Chain Management. Ana authored more than 85 scientific articles. Ana publishes in scientific journals such as the International Journal of Logistics Management, International Journal of Industrial Engineering and Management, and Public Money and Management, among others. She has authored book chapters in logistics management and lean management in the justice systems. Her current main research topics are operations management in humanitarian settings, logistics management, supply chain management, and lean management in the services area, mainly in judicial and healthcare systems. Ana is involved in several european projects, contributing in the areas of operations management and assurance of learning activities.

António Freitas Miguel is an Associate Professor of Finance with Habilitation at ISCTE Business School, where he also serves as the Director of the MSc in Finance program. He holds a PhD in Finance from ISCTE Business School, focusing on 'Essays on International Investments,' under the supervision of Miguel A. Ferreira. Additionally, he holds a Postdoc in Finance from Bayes Business School, London (formerly Cass Business School). He has held visiting positions at The University of Miami Business School, Florida, and The University of Sydney Business School. With extensive experience teaching Postgraduate, MBA, and Executive programs, he has been awarded multiple times for excellence in teaching. His research interests include mutual funds and international investments. He is a research member of the Business Research Unit - ISCTE-IUL Research Centre since 2007 and the Bayes Business School Centre for Asset Management since 2008. He has received a Post-Doctoral Scholarship and a Sabbatical Grant from the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology. He has also obtained research grants from the same foundation for the projects  'Performance Persistence and The Smart Money Effect in Mutual Funds - International Evidence' and 'Mutual fund management, national culture, and market integration.'   His research has been published in top tier journals, including the Review of Finance and the Journal of Corporate Finance.

João C. Ferreira is Assistant Professor with habilitation at ISCTE-IUL. He graduated in Physics from the Technical University of Lisbon (UTL / IST), Portugal, received an MSc in Telecommunications and a PhD in Computer Engineering from UTL / IST and a second PhD in Industrial Engineering at the University of Minho. His research interests are in: data science, Text Mining, IoT, Blockchain AI, and AI application to health, energy, transportation, Electric Vehicle, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and sustainable mobility systems. He has authored more than 250 papers in computer science. He has executed more than 40 projects (6 as PI), more than 200 scientific paper reviews and more than 30 scientific project evaluations. IEEE CIS Chair 2016-2018 and current vice-chair of IEEE Blockchain PT, CIS PT chapter and Bruxels AI and robotics.  Main organizer of international conferences such as: OAIR 2013, INTSYS from 2018 to 2022. IEEE senior member since 2015. Guest Editor and topic editor of MDPI in the topics of energies, electronics and Sensors. President of the IEEE CIS in PT (2017-2018). Author of a patent in the area of Edge Computer in a monitoring system for fishing vessels Coordinator of the Master of Decision Support Systems, Professional Master for the Digitalization of Business and of the summer (smart cities) and winter (IoT Systems and Blockchain) schools. José Dias Curto is full professor at Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (ISCTE-IUL Business School, Quantitative Methods Departament) and investigator at Business Research Unit (BRU-IUL), Lisboa, Portugal. He earned his PhD in Quantitative Methods for Management from the Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (ISCTE-IUL), MA in Management from Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (ISCTE-IUL) and Bachellor's degree in Economics from Instituto Superior de Economia, Portugal. His primary research focuses statistics and econometrics with applications to finance, accounting and economics. José Crespo de Carvalho (JCC) is a Management professor with over 30 years experience both in teaching, researching, managing and consulting higher education institutions and companies. He has a PhD and Aggregation in Management, an MBA and MSc in Management (Information Systems) (ISCTE), a Post-graduate Diploma in Project Management and an Undergraduate Degree in Engineering (IST). Additionally, he completed in presence Executive Education in Negotiation (Stanford University, Harvard University, INSEAD and AIF), in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and in Strategy and Management (Cranfield University and MIT CTL), in Big Data (IE) and in Applied Project Management (Erasmus University). He has served as Academic Director of NOVA SBE Executive Education and currently he is serving as CEO of ISCTE Executive Education. He published some scientific papers and 25 ISBN books. In a nutshell, consultancy and managing companies, besides innovative executive teaching and management in higher education have always been central to define José Crespo de Carvalho as a professional.

Leandro F. Pereira is an Associate Professor of Strategy at ISCTE. He is also CEO and Founder of WINNING Consulting, a consultancy firm with more than 300 employees dedicated to management and technology consultancy. Leandro Pereira has a PhD in Management with a specialisation in Project Management from the University of Salamanca and a degree in Management Informatics from the University of Minho. He has more than 200 indexed scientific publications and more than 10 published books. In 2017, Leandro Pereira received the Best CEO of the Year award from Best Team Leaders and Revista Pessoal, as well as the best student award from the University of Minho in the academic field. Leandro Pereira is the Director of the Executive Master's Degree in Programme and Project Management and the Postgraduate Diploma in Agile Project and Business Management at ISCTE Executive Education. Throughout his career he has supervised dozens of PhD students and several hundred Masters students. He was also founding president of PMI Portugal and the Business Case Institute. Leandro Pereira is an international expert in the areas of Strategy, Project Management, Problem Solving and Benefits Realisation Management.

Luís Manuel Nobre de Brito Elvas, with a degree in Computer Engineering and a Master's degree in Integrated Decision Support Systems, is a researcher at the Technologies and Architecture Research Center (ISTAR) and at the Association for Research and Development of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon (AIDFM).In the context of health informatics, he has worked on data mining techniques, computer vision and artificial intelligence, to extract data patterns, perform image classification and text reports, respectively. In 2022 his work was distinguished by the Portuguese Order of Engineers. He is also Chair of IEEE Computational Intelligence Society Student Branch Chapter at iscte.

Pedro is a co-Diretor of ISCTE Executive Education's Executive MBA. He is an Integrated Member of the Business Research Unit (BRU-IUL) of the University Institute of Lisbon (ISCTE-IUL), having already authored 3 books and published several articles in top journals, like the Harvard Business Review.  His main areas of interest are General Management, Stakeholders' Management and Negotiation, and Corporate Governance. Pedro has significant management experience, holding positions in various corporate bodies of large companies, as well as academic management positions. Pedro has high teaching experience at various levels of education, with very good performance evaluations.
