Director(s) message
The MSc in New Media Management has as its objective to link critical thinking with innovative practice, seeking thus to train human resources that will make a difference in national and international corporations without forgetting the incentive towards the creation of new media start-ups. Among the skills for development in the course are the identification and analysis of problems and opportunities of media on strategic and operational levels; perceiving and directing the process of communication as a phenomenon of networked socialization; mastery over planning and creative technique for change; exploring the potentials of web and social media tools in the business domain; developing strategies of communication for organizational crises; creating and managing projects in the area of media; integrating a commitment to strategic orientation into the area of media; harnessing leadership potential and implementation capacities; and operating strategically as an agent of change in companies and project teams.
