The Iscte Staff Week - Facing the new challenges of the Erasmus+ Programme: Promoting inclusion and equal opportunities for all - started on Monday, July 15th, with 22 participants from Austria, Czechia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia and Spain.

This 1st edition organized by the International Relations Office (IRO - Iscte), in partnership with other services and schools, will reinforce the promotion of inclusion and intercultural competences as pillar of the Erasmus+.

During five days, participants had the opportunity to share expertise, develop competences, learn more about inclusion practices, intercultural competences and diversity, strengthening partnerships and networking. 

The Erasmus+ Programme brought new challenges and has created new dynamics in the International Relations Office and the Academic departments/faculties of higher education institutions. Through practical workshops, a group of diverse learners (academic and administrative staff), will address the topics of inclusion, diversity, intercultural competences, digital inclusion, and inclusive environment.
