Iscte Business School rose one position in the 2024 Financial Times European Business Schools ranking, consolidating itself as an international reference in Management education.
Iscte Business School consolidated its position among the 50 best business schools in Europe, reaching 43rd place in the "Financial Times European Business Schools 2024". This result reflects an increase of one position compared to the previous year, consolidating the institution as a leader in level III of the ranking.
"Iscte Business School's trajectory in the Financial Times ranking reflects our commitment to high-quality teaching and research", says Maria João Cortinhal, Director of Iscte's School of Management. "The rise to 43rd position in 2024 is proof of this consistency in a dynamic and complex international management landscape, in which new leaders must have a strategic vision and the ability to adapt to succeed".
Internationalisation has been one of the strategic pillars of Iscte Business School. "The management universe is global, marked by technological transformation and the search for sustainable solutions", says Maria João Cortinhal. "Our School follows this reality and offers an international faculty, mobility programs and strategic partnerships with educational institutions in several countries and a curriculum in permanent updating with skills in different areas of knowledge", he explains. According to the School's Director, "the mixture of technical skills with the social sciences is crucial to keep the Business School competitive and relevant in the global management market".
The Financial Times European Business Schools 2024 evaluates institutions based on a combination of criteria, including performances in the specific rankings of master's in management, MBA, EMBA and executive education programs. These results reflect not only the quality of the training but also its ability to impact students' careers and the competitiveness of organisations.
