Ph.D in Management and Associate Professor at ISCTE-IUL. Executive Board Member at Iscte Executive Education. She is co-director of Business Financial and Control program at Iscte Executive Education. Coordinator of management control course and professor of financial accounting, at ISCTE. She was director of Executive Masters' program in Management Control and Performance and Business Financial and Control, at Iscte Executive Education. She was director of Master Program in Accounting at ISCTE-IUL Business School, for 6 years. She was sub director of the accounting department and sub director of Iscte Business School. She teaches and coaches corporate executives on the areas of management control since 1997, at Iscte Executive Education. Has already co-authored several books covering management control and accounting subjects. She publishes in reference scientific publications.

António Freitas Miguel is an Associate Professor of Finance with Habilitation at ISCTE Business School, where he also serves as the Director of the MSc in Finance program. He holds a PhD in Finance from ISCTE Business School, focusing on 'Essays on International Investments,' under the supervision of Miguel A. Ferreira. Additionally, he holds a Postdoc in Finance from Bayes Business School, London (formerly Cass Business School). He has held visiting positions at The University of Miami Business School, Florida, and The University of Sydney Business School. With extensive experience teaching Postgraduate, MBA, and Executive programs, he has been awarded multiple times for excellence in teaching. His research interests include mutual funds and international investments. He is a research member of the Business Research Unit - ISCTE-IUL Research Centre since 2007 and the Bayes Business School Centre for Asset Management since 2008. He has received a Post-Doctoral Scholarship and a Sabbatical Grant from the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology. He has also obtained research grants from the same foundation for the projects  'Performance Persistence and The Smart Money Effect in Mutual Funds - International Evidence' and 'Mutual fund management, national culture, and market integration.'   His research has been published in top tier journals, including the Review of Finance and the Journal of Corporate Finance.

PhD in Management, specialized in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior, by ISCTE-IUL. She is Associate Professor at the Department of Human Resources and Organizational Behavior at ISCTE Business School. She is Director of the LIA Iscte - Laboratory for Innovation in Academia. She is Director of the Executive Master in Healthcare Services Management. She is Director of the Executive Master in Strategic People Management and Leadership, of the Executive Master in Healthcare Services Management and of the Post-Graduation at ISCTE Executive Education. The main areas of research are healthcare management and strategic people management. She has been a member of boards of directors (or advisor) and has extensive consulting experience in Strategic People Management, Healthcare Services Management and Organizational Change in multiple organizations, private, public and social economy, across different business sectors.

Nuno Crespo holds a PhD in Economics and a Master degree in International Economics. He is the Director of the Master in Business Economics and Competition. In the most recent years, Nuno Crespo was Vice-Rector of ISCTE-IUL and assumed several other positions such as Director of the Department of Economics, Scientific Commission of the Department of Economics, and the coordenation of courses (Master in Portuguese Economy and International Integration and Master in Health Services Management). Researcher at Business Research Unit (BRU-IUL), he has several publications in scientific journals such as World Economy, World Development, Economics Letters, Review of World Economics, Journal of Common Market Studies, Journal of Economic Surveys, Empirical Economics, Papers in Regional Science, Tourism Analysis, Journal of Economics and Social Measurement, Telecommunications Policy, Journal of Informetrics, Scientometrics, International Review of Applied Economics, International Journal of Social Economics. Publications of books and book chapters in his areas of expertise. He is Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Academy of Entrepreneurship Journal and member of the editorial board of several international scientific journals (European Journal of International Management, International Journal of Trade and Global Markets, International Journal of Knowledge and Learning, Sustainability, and Tourism Analysis, among others). Editor of the MPRA. Member of the International Economics Advisory Board of the Cambridge Scholars Publishing. Global Partner of the National Economic Education Delegation (NEED).
