The Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) in Marketing Strategy and Innovation in Service Design is taking place from the 4th to the 8th of November at Iscte's Lisbon campus. This is a collaborative initiative with universities in the PIONEER Alliance: Laurea University of Applied Sciences, Université Gustave Eiffel, and Köln International School of Design (KISD) at Technische Hochschule Köln (TH Köln).
The BIP in Marketing Strategy and Innovation aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of service design principles, integrated with marketing strategy and business innovation.
Throughout this week, students will explore key marketing concepts tailored to service contexts, as well as analyse consumer behaviour in service environments. They are also applying design thinking to enhance marketing strategies. Specifically, students are working on a real-world problem presented by CTT, with their proposed solutions to be presented on the 8th of November, at the end of this initiative.
Iscte is a member of the PIONEER Alliance, a consortium of ten universities co-funded by the European Commission.
These ten institutions are committed to co-creating a transnational European campus and driving joint initiatives in education, research, and innovation. They are also dedicated to developing public policies for the future of cities, with the aim of addressing the needs of European citizens in line with the priorities set by the European Union.
