IEEE MeMeA 2014 - Call for papers
The 9th edition of IEEE MeMeA 2014, IEEE International Symposium on Medical Measurement and Applications will take place in the beautiful city Lisbon, Portugal.

The IEEE International Symposium on Medical Measurement and Applications will bring together practitioner and researcher from diverse fields, to exchange ideas and information, and address open issues in term of concepts, research, standards, implementations, running experiments and applications for diagnosis and treatment, that improve customization, gather and sift through reams of data to identify key changes in health status and then notify key persons.

Authors are invited to submit original research of theoretical or applied nature, not published nor currently under review for another conference or journal, that encompasses researches and results on design and implementation of health monitoring and health care devices and applications, telecommunications, information processing, information and communication technology, assistive technologies, accuracy and efficiency of measurement devices and process execution in health care systems.

The preliminary version papers (4 to 6 pages) will be accepted based on a peer review process. The review can result in revision requests that must be mandatory fulfilled to have the paper accepted in the symposium proceedings. The submission should explain the significance of the contribution, results part and contain a list of key references. The manuscripts must be prepared in English according to guidelines provided on the IEEE MeMeA 2014 website ( http://memea2014.ieee-ims.org).

February 1, 2014 - Final (camera-ready) Manuscript Deadline
