Este ensaio apresenta-se como suporte teórico à componente prática de projeto que nos colocou em desafio perante a realidade complexa dos bairros informais. Complexo também se tornou entender como é que a arquitetura pode intervir. Sabemos como é fácil tomar decisões sem contar com a realidade, podemos vê-las projetadas no espaço a qualquer instante. Sentimos logo a falta de instrumentos, o desenho por si só não é fundamento. Por onde começar? Antes de mais, entender… demorando-entendendo, partimos num processo de autodesenvolvimento que se procura alimentar de “veios de reflexão” que nos ajudem a esclarecer o movimento relativo entre a justiça, espaço, sociedade e exclusão. Iniciamos esta jornada recentrando a atenção do arquiteto para as questões da responsabilidade social, lembrando que “a fama, a emoção e a fortuna” pode ficar para o “corredor de automóveis”. De seguida, começamos a abordar o tema que se apresenta como resposta de combate às fraturas socioterritoriais: “Justiça Espacial”. Mas antes, para nos familiarizarmos com o termo é importante conhecer o próprio fluido que une cada terminologia ou campo científico. Para isso é traçada uma criteriosa sistematização sobre os fundamentos da justiça e os signos da natureza do espaço. Após esse momento estaremos prontos para estabelecer um conjunto de preposições que iremos ver refletidas nos trabalhos dos autores fundadores deste campo teórico. Verdadeiro movimento!

This essay presents itself as a theoretical support to the practical component of the project that challenged us to face the complex reality of slums. What also became complex was to understand how architecture can intervene on this spaces. We know how easy is to make decisions without facing the reality. We can see this cases projected in current space at any moment. We can immediately feel the lack of instruments, the drawing itself doesn’t have any foundation. So where to start? First of all, we need to understand... We should take a long time to understand. We start the process as a self-development that seeks to discover the "veins of reflection" that help us to clarify the relative movement between justice, space, society and exclusion. Than we begin this journey by refocusing the architect's attention on the social responsibility issues, remembering that "fame, emotion and fortune" can remain for the "racing driver". After that, we begin to address the theme that presents itself as a response to combat socio-territorial fractures: "Spatial Justice”. First of all, so that we familiarize ourselves with the term, it’s important to know how this links each terminology or scientific field. To finish, it’s outlined a smooth systematization of the foundations of justice and the signs of the nature of space. After this moment we are going to be ready to establish a set of prepositions that we’d see reflected at the work of the founding authors of this theoretical field, that is called “true movement”.
