Partindo da problemática da pouca oferta cultural desenhada para o emigrante português na área metropolitana de Lille, este trabalho de projeto procura desenhar um festival de música portuguesa contemporânea, na cidade de Lille. Para esse fim, neste trabalho exploro a dinâmica territorial da região, nomeadamente a emigração portuguesa em França e o seu impacto na sociedade francesa, assim como as associações portuguesas disponíveis na região metropolitana de Lille. Além disso, procuro perceber a dinâmica setorial dos eventos culturais em Lille e perceber como o consumidor lusodescendente se comporta. Através da elaboração de um plano de negócios, recorrendo ao Business Model Plan, juntamente com ferramentas de análise como o benchmarking, análise PEST, marketing mix ou análise SWOT, desenho o projeto de um festival que procura aumentar a oferta cultural para a comunidade portuguesa em França.

Starting from the problem of the limited cultural offer designed for Portuguese emigrants in the Lille metropolitan area, this project seeks to design a contemporary Portuguese music festival in the city of Lille. To this end, this work explores the territorial dynamics of the region, namely portuguese emigration to France and its impact on French society, as well as the portuguese associations available in the Lille metropolitan area. In addition, I try to understand the sectoral dynamics of cultural events in Lille and the northern region as a whole, and how the Lusodescendant consumer behaves. By drawing up a business plan, using the Business Model Plan, along with analysis tools such as benchmarking, PEST analysis, marketing mix or SWOT analysis, I design the project for a festival that seeks to increase the cultural offer for the Portuguese community in France.
