Esta dissertação investiga o impacto da Inteligência Artificial (IA) nas áreas da sociedade, economia e gestão, utilizando uma abordagem qualitativa centrada na análise de entrevistas e revisão de literatura especializada. Foram aplicadas técnicas de Text Mining através da ferramenta KH Coder, permitindo uma exploração detalhada de como a IA está a transformar estas três dimensões. Os resultados revelam mudanças significativas nas práticas de gestão, impactos económicos profundos e alterações sociais relevantes provocadas pela rápida adoção da IA. A originalidade deste estudo reside na combinação de uma análise qualitativa com a exploração de dados textuais, oferecendo uma visão abrangente sobre as implicações éticas e práticas da IA. Adicionalmente, são reconhecidas limitações, como a rápida evolução tecnológica e o possível enviesamento das perceções recolhidas. Este trabalho contribui para uma melhor compreensão dos desafios e oportunidades que a IA traz, propondo caminhos para uma integração ética e eficaz.

This dissertation investigates the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on society, the economy, and management, using a qualitative approach centered on the analysis of interviews and a review of specialized literature. Text Mining techniques were applied through the KH Coder tool, allowing for a detailed exploration of how AI is transforming these three dimensions. The results reveal significant changes in management practices, deep economic impacts, and relevant social alterations brought about by the rapid adoption of AI. The originality of this study lies in combining qualitative analysis with the exploration of textual data, offering a comprehensive view of the ethical and practical implications of AI. Additionally, limitations are recognized, such as the fast pace of technological evolution and the potential bias in the perceptions collected. This work contributes to a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities that AI presents, proposing pathways for an ethical and effective integration.
