Na construção existem diversas lacunas ainda durante a fase de obra ou em anomalias futuras, estas têm como principal fator a falta de conhecimentos por parte dos intervenientes. O cruzamento de informação e partilha de conhecimentos é fundamental; todos têm responsabilidade na obra construída. Para ultrapassar a falta de conhecimento, tem que haver partilha de informação e esta maioritariamente não é de fácil acesso, grande parte desta encontra-se encerrada nas instituições académicas. É urgente melhorar a comunicação para que o conhecimento se torne efetivo. O objetivo do presente trabalho é ultrapassar esta barreira da falta de comunicação, de bibliografa sobre os processos construtivos e propor algo que seja útil e que possa ajudar tanto profssionais como estudantes de arquitetura, bem como intervenientes de áreas relacionadas com a construção. A base do trabalho de investigação apresentado são as obras literárias e gráfcas analisadas, obras nacionais de referência produzidas por profssionais e empresas da área. A Proposta apresentada é uma Ficha que será a base para futuros trabalhos da unidade curricular de Acompanhamento de Obra e Fotogrametria do ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. A fcha é um contributo para um novo Manual de Construção e de Reabilitação evolutivo que pode e deve ser atualizado ao longo do tempo. Este manual deverá ser partilhado para dar a conhecer os materiais e processos de execução, ser de fácil leitura e interpretação por todos os estudantes e intervenientes da construção.

In construction there are several gaps that occur still during the work phase or future anomalies, these have as main factor the lack of knowledge of the participants. Cross-referencing information and sharing knowledge is fundamental, all have responsibility over the constructed work. To overcome this lack of knowledge, there must be information sharing but it is not easily accessible, most is found enclosed in academical institutions. It´s urgent to improve communication so that knowledge become effective. The aim of this work is to overcome the barrier of lack of communication, lack of bibliography about construction processes and suggest something useful that may help both professionals and architecture students, as well as other participants from related areas of construction. The basis of the research presented are the literary and graphic works analyzed, national works of reference produced by professionals and companies of the area. The presented proposal is a Sheet that will be the basis for future works from the curricular unity of Acompanhamento de Obra e Fotogrametria of ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. The sheet is a contribution for a new evolutive Construction and Rehabilitation Manual that may and should be updated over time. This manual should be shared to introduce material and execution processes, be easily read and interpreted by all students and construction participants.
