How and when do I apply?

Applications for the academic year 2019/2020 can be submitted through the online platform, according to the following phases:

 *Claims disputing results can be submitted within 5 working days of the publication of results. Enrollment for accepted complaints occur within 2 working days of the decision.

To complete your application, you will need to upload the following documents:

  • Identity card;
  • Passport;
  • Resident card in Portugal (if you have one);
  • Qualifications Diploma;
  • Document proving level of language proficiency in the language the course will be taught in;
  • Declaration of Honour (available onto the application platform);
  • Evidence of university attendance in other countries (if applicable).

At the end of the application process, you’ll be asked to pay the application fee. It is necessary to pay this fee in order for your application or course enrollment to be accepted.

Please be aware that you might need a Visa to come to Portugal, which may take some time to get. If there is any delay in receiving your Visa, you may start attending classes no later than 15th October.

Foreign candidates are selected and ranked according to statutory guidelines (Article 4, Regulation n.º 258/2014, DL 120, of 25.06.2014). Please find below the entire document.
