Objectives
The master's programme in Business Administration is designed to provide applied general management knowledge that will enable students to develop the skills needed for a dynamic and rewarding career in today's globalised world. This programme is aimed at students with a degree in areas unrelated to management.
Throughout the course, students develop knowledge in various functional areas of management, and also in integrative modules that enable participants to gain a global management perspective on business situations and approach them appropriately. The master's programme also places a significant focus on soft skills, providing students with the necessary tools to help them become leaders.
Students understand how organisations are run and learn to apply management concepts and tools to solve real-world problems. The programme follows a global perspective, preparing students to deal with different corporate realities and different cultures.
Students are encouraged to develop critical thinking when analysing and dealing with different management issues. Ethics is also encouraged in proposing recommendations and actions in cases and exercises studied throughout the programme. Communication is also another skill encouraged.
The programme prepares students to become good managers and leaders in a complex and ever-changing world.
By the end of the program, the students in the Master in Business Administration will have gained the following competencies and reached the following learning objectives:

2) Competence in delivering oral communication in a business environment with impact and effectiveness, namely:

2.2) Demonstrate confidence that the communication was well-prepared

3) Competence in ethical behavior, responsibility, and sustainability, namely:
3.1) Identify and discuss the myriad challenges surrounding corporate responsibility and/or sustainability
3.2) Recognize and critically reflect on ethical dilemmas
4) Competence in Thinking critically about topics, namely:
4.1) Select and interpret relevant data and references from academic and non-academic sources
4.2) Analyse issues effectively, leading to the formulation of well-supported conclusions or solutions
