Who can apply?

Candidate profile

• does not hold Portuguese nationality;
• is not a national of an European Union (EU) / European Economic Area (EEA) Member State;
• is not a relative of a Portuguese or EU/EEE national;
• has not resided legally in Portugal for more than two years, continuously, on January 1st of the year in which they intend to enter Iscte;
• has not applied for admission to higher education through the special regimes;
• does not benefit from a status of equality of rights and duties granted under an international treaty signed between the Portuguese State and the one of which they are nationals.
