A presente dissertação incide sobre a temática do Programa da Rede Social e tem por objetivo geral a compreensão das dinâmicas de parceria estabelecidas entre os organismos públicos e as instituições particulares de solidariedade social que constituem a Rede Social de Torres Vedras. Deste modo, pretendeu-se saber qual o tipo de parceria que existe no âmbito da Rede Social de Torres Vedras. Os contributos teóricos relativamente às características e tipologias de parceria orientam para a colocação das seguintes hipóteses de investigação: o tipo de parceria da Rede Social de Torres Vedras é explicada pelas características das suas estruturas alargadas e restritas, pela tipologia da sua liderança, tipo de acesso dos parceiros à rede, pelo modelo de planeamento adotado. O tipo de parceria existente enquadra-se na tipologia proposta por Luís Capucha, sendo a Rede Social de Torres Vedras uma parceria inovadora, formalista ou conservadora. Os principais resultados revelam que a Rede Social de Torres Vedras é caracterizada pela liderança aberta, pela adesão livre dos seus membros, por uma organização ágil e pelo intercâmbio de experiencias e recursos entre os parceiros e ao nível do planeamento é valorizado o planeamento estratégico. Assim, verifica-se que o tipo de parceria enquadra-se na tipologia proposta por Luís Capucha, sendo esta considerada inovadora ao nível do Conselho Local de Ação Social e das estruturas de parceria restritas e ele associadas.

This dissertation focuses on the theme of the Social Network Program and its general objective is to understand the dynamics of partnership established between public bodies and the private social solidarity institutions that make up the Torres Vedras Social Network. In this way, we wanted to know what kind of partnership exists within the Social Network of Torres Vedras. The theoretical contributions regarding the characteristics and types of partnership guide the placement of the following research hypotheses: the type of partnership of the Torres Vedras Social Network is explained by the characteristics of its broad and restricted structures, by the typology of its leadership, type access to the network, by the planning model adopted. The type of existing partnership fits into the typology proposed by Luís Capucha, and the Torres Vedras Social Network is an innovative, formalist or conservative partnership. The main results show that Torres Vedras Social Network is characterized by open leadership, free membership of its members, an agile organization and the exchange of experiences and resources between partners and at the level of planning, strategic planning is valued. Thus, it can be seen that the type of partnership falls within the typology proposed by Luís Capucha, which is considered to be innovative at the level of the Local Council of Social Action and the associated and restricted partnership structures.
