O presente projeto de empresa pretende melhorar a organização do ambiente fabril na Isis Embalagens, Lda., através da implementação de metodologias de sistemas de planeamento e controlo da produção (PCP), refinando o desempenho produtivo e permitindo reduzir prazos de entrega, aumentar a produtividade e aprimorar a qualidade geral do produto acabado. Dado tratar-se de uma empresa pequena com poucos trabalhadores, mas com 2 projetos de investimento, quer em inovação quer em qualidade, ambos aprovados no âmbito no Portugal2020, é imperativo que exista um controlo e um planeamento eficiente ao nível do setor produtivo. O projeto a realizar será dividido em 3 fases- Análise de bibliografia relevante ao caso em estudo, implementação de mudanças na empresa e análise de resultados recolhidos. As prioridades a desenvolver neste sistema serão definidas em contexto e discussão com o gerente da organização. No final do projeto, conseguiu-se reformar o processo produtivo da Isis Embalagens, existindo agora uma produção organizada e controlado, onde se pode planear e calendarizar a produção eficiente e eficazmente, montando os alicerces para ajudar a empresa a atingir os objetivos a que se submeteu com os investimentos provenientes da comunidade europeia.

The main purpose of this work is to improve the manufacturing and production organization at Isis Embalagens, Lda, through methods of production planning and control, helping with the productive performance and allowing the company to lower delivery times, increase productivity and to better the general quality of the finished product. Isis Embalagens is a small company with few workers, but has 2 investment projects approved, in innovation and quality, in the Portugal 2020 scope, which means that it is imperative to exist, and therefore, create and efficient planning and control of production. The project is going to be divided in 3 stages- Searching relevant bibliography to the project at stake, implementing changes in the company and analysing the obtained results. The priorities to develop in this project are defined in context and with the help of the administration of the organization. At the end of the project, the author was able to reform the production process of Isis Embalgens, creating and organized and controlled production, where it is possible to plan and schedule production efficiently and effectively, building the stones in which the company is going to grow in order fulfil the committed objectives regarding the funds coming from the European Community.
