Additional Needs
Iscte's activity is based on principles of equality and social inclusion, promoting diversity on a campus where everyone can develop themselves and feel at home.
The International Relations Office works strictly with the Social Services of Iscte, other services and its community of teachers, staff and students, and provides specific guidance to students with special needs, or any different reason that needs special adjustments.
On Iscte campus there are several initiatives and inclusive structures such as:
- Adapted buildings - access for everyone to all campus facilities - visit our facilities here.
- Possibility of virtual classes and adaptation of teaching materials and adjustments during exams.
- Adapted Library services.
- Rooms, study rooms and other infrastructures adapted.
- Psychologic counselling.
Partner universities or students should contact the International Relations Office well ahead and as early as possible, for any special adjustment. Contacts are available here.
