Este projeto visa compreender a viabilidade da criação de uma empresa de comercialização de bebidas de café de infusão a frio e nitrogenadas, através de uma infraestrutura móvel, um Food Truck, na cidade de Lisboa. É apresentada uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a matéria-prima (café), as características da infusão de café frio e nitrogénio, conceitos de comida de rua e uma revisão do conceito de empreendedorismo. Foi realizado um benchmarking para identificar algumas empresas de Street Food no sector do café que são apresentadas como exemplos da sua criação e da forma como alcançaram sucesso no seu próprio negócio a nível nacional e internacional. As restantes secções do plano empresarial incluem uma análise do ambiente externo e do funcionamento interno da empresa, e uma avaliação da viabilidade financeira do projeto. Na análise financeira, prevê-se que seja um projeto viável que apresenta uma Rendibilidade Real do Projeto (TIR) de 63.61% e, ao fim de 5 anos, um valor atual líquido positivo de 95,834.45€. Antevê-se também a recuperação do investimento inicial passados 2 anos, 5 meses e 17 dias.

This project aims to understand the feasibility of creating a business marketing nitrogenated cold brew coffee drinks through a mobile infrastructure, Food Truck, in the city of Lisbon. A literature review is presented about the raw material (coffee), the characteristics of cold brew coffee and nitrogen infusion, street food concepts and a review of the concept of entrepreneurship. A benchmarking was carried out to identify some Street Food businesses in the coffee sector that are presented as examples of their creation and the way they have achieved success in their own business at a national and international level. The remaining sections of the business plan include an analysis of the external environment and the internal workings of the business, and an assessment of the project's financial viability. Regarding the financial analysis, it is expected to be a viable project that presents an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 63.61% and, after 5 years, a positive net present value of 95,834.45€. It is also expected to recover the initial investment after 2 years, 5 months and 17 days.
