O principal objectivo da presente investigação, consiste em avaliar a eficácia da acção de Formação VOEII - Valorizar Oportunidades e Experiencias, de forma a perceber em que medida esta contribuiu para o enriquecimento dos formandos, avaliando a sua eficácia com base na opinião dos próprios formandos relativamente à Formação na sua parte integral. Pretende-se que o VOEII seja um Programa de Desenvolvimento Contínuo de competências técnicas e comportamentais que valide o desenvolvimento do nível de proficiência dos formandos, para que todos apresentem as condições necessárias para realizarem actividades mais exigentes e de maior complexidade associadas à categoria de Técnico. Esta Formação foi desenvolvida pela PT Comunicações e pela PT Inovação, direccionada a 125 técnicos de Telecomunicações do Grupo PT. A existência deste estudo pretende: • Aferir em que medida a Formação satisfez as expectativas dos formandos; • Avaliar de que forma a Formação ajudou os formandos a adquirir novos conhecimentos na sua vida profissional; • Determinar em que medida os Formadores influenciaram a avaliação dos formandos quanto à eficácia da Formação; • Aferir se de facto esta Formação teve alguma utilidade para os formandos. Nesse sentido, a recolha de informação junto dos formandos para avaliar a formação foi efectuada através de um questionário construído para o efeito. Através deste questionário e de um tratamento de dados descritivos de forma sumária, foram analisadas todas as questões do questionário, expondo as afirmações que melhor evidenciam as opiniões e a satisfação dos formandos quanto à Avaliação da Eficácia da Formação do VOEII. As principais conclusões retiradas deste estudo foi que: a formação correspondeu às expectativas dos formandos e neste sentido, permitiu-lhes adquirir novos conhecimentos a nível profissional, que lhes permita evoluir profissionalmente.

The main objective of this research is to assess the effectiveness of training session VOEII - Enhancing Opportunities and Experiences, in order to understand to what extent this contributed to the enrichment of trainees, assessing their effectiveness based in the opinion of the trainees themselves about the training in its integrity. It is intended that the VOEII is an ongoing development program of technical and behavioral skills to validate the development of the proficiency level of trainees so that all have the necessary conditions to carry out activities that are more demanding and more complex associated with the category of Technician. This training was developed by PTC and PT Inovação and targeted to 125 technicians Telecommunications Group PT. The existence of this study aims: • To assess the extent to which training met the expectations of trainees; • Evaluate how the training helped the trainees to acquire new knowledge in their professional lives; • To determine the extent to which trainers have influenced the assessment of trainees about the effectiveness of training; • Assess whether this training actually gave something useful to the trainees. In this sense, the collection of information with the trainees to evaluate training was conducted through a questionnaire devised for this purpose. Through this survey and the treatment of the descriptive data in summary form, we analyzed all the questions in the survey, giving the statements that best highlight the views and the satisfaction of the trainees on the Evaluation of Effectiveness of Training VOEII. The main removed conclusions of this study were that: the formation corresponded to the expectations of learners and in this sense, it allowed them to acquire new knowledge at a professional level, enabling them to grow professionally.
