Order Submission

To submit your request you must ensure that:

• Submission and respective ethical approval before the start of the data collection process;


• The study complies with the provisions of Code of Ethical Conduct in Research-ISCTE;


• When the study deals with personal data, it must be in accordance with Guidelines for Researchers on Personal Data Protection at Iscte;


• Fill out the Application Form submission for ethical approval with information on the following aspects: Study Description; Participants; Informed Consent and Debriefing; Protection and Security of Participants; Declaration of Responsibility and Ethical Conduct;


• Attach the applicable attachments requested in the form (i.e., informed consent; debriefing; the additional form on processing of personal data, if the study processes personal data; questionnaires/study materials), and send the submission to the address: comissao.etica.ista@iscte-iul.pt


• In addition to the forms, informed consent and debriefing models are also available, which you can adapt depending on the characteristics of the study.

Complete the Submission Form for ethics approval with information on the following aspects: Description of the Study; Participants; Informed Consent and Debriefing; Protection and Security of Participants; Declaration of Responsibility and Ethical Conduct;

The form must be sent in PDF and Word format.

Studies submitted after the fact are not considered eligible for ethical approval.
